Capitalizing on Great Location with a Strategic Value.
With the launch of the City’s Small Business Policy Workshop nearing, an effective and efficient means of communicating the services and benefits to conducting business with the City was needed. The design of the banners combines creative thinking with the overarching business strategy of “Growing Your Business” with a City that is also “One of America’s Best Places to Live”. The design consistency that is displayed on both banners helps to ensure execution remains aligned with the intended business strategy for the long-term while appealing to the City’s three key audiences – residents, businesses, and stakeholders. The design was also awarded the 2016 Communicator Award for Marketing and Promotion.
The Communicator Awards are judged and overseen by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA), a 600+ member organization of leading professionals from various disciplines of the visual arts dedicated to embracing progress and the evolving nature of traditional and interactive media. Current AIVA membership represents a “Who’s Who” of acclaimed media, advertising, and marketing firms including: AirType Studio, Condè Nast, Disney, Keller Crescent, Lockheed Martin, Monster.com, MTV, rabble+rouser, Time Inc., Tribal DDB, Yahoo!, and many others.
